ROAR provides a foster based environment for dogs needing homes here in NC. This includes those needing medical care, behavioral training, hospice care and/or rehabilitative services. We are a 501c3, non-profit that relies solely on monetary/material donations for our funding. Our dogs remain with us until adoption and we stay committed to them throughout their entire life, including taking them back into the rescue if their family situation changes. They are family to us and we vow that they will never be abandoned again.
